"Luxembourg-based electronic musician Timelord asked this one question: if thousands of individuals contributed abstract art drawings, can we find order in chaos? Using data from the crowdsourced art collection, his composition “Pixelised Harmony” aims at taking us on a journey from singularity, multiplicity, to harmony.

During “The Sound of Data - Science meets Music" project, 11 musicians transformed scientific data into music, in an artist residency under the supervision of Valery Vermeulen. The result of this process was performed live @Rockhal, on Saturday 3 December 2022, featuring the headliner, Max Cooper. The Sound of data is a collaborative project between the Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR), the University of Luxembourg, the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), the Centre de Musiques Amplifiées – Rockhal and Rocklab, in the framework of Esch2022."
